I am closed right now because I am really behind on all trades and requests. Everything was delayed a from a few months ago because I had to catch up in my classes and I had stopped eveything. I turned off my computer and tv and just studied, which had helped me pass all my classes. I should have closed down in September, but I thought I could still catch up. I planned on finishing eveythying over winter break, but I didn't have enough time. I can only copy so many tapes each day. I'm working hard to get every tape copied and once I'm done I might open back up again, but I'm not sure. Please, if you know my address, don't send any requests and don't send anything through Paypal. I'll just send it back because prices for shipping have changed dramatically so they will be raised and there will be a limit on the number of tapes requested. I won't even bother with 20 tape requests anymore because these are what keep me behind on people who request only 2 or 3 tapes. If you are one of the people who sent their request over 2 months ago, I'm sorry. I didn't want things to get out of hand like they did. I'm working to get everything done as fast as possible. This is my trading page for old cartoons, anime and various other shows. I have been doing trades for the last few years, email me for references. Check out my feedback on EBay, ID: kashue. Go to the rules page to read how to make a trade or what to do if you don't have anything to trade. I do international trades, but I can not do PAL transfers and stuff like that. If you need that done I can refer you to someone who does that for $7 a tape. The tapes I use are Fuji Professionals in various colored shells with various colored plastic sleeves. I get them bulk from American Videotape. They are great quality and are pretty durable. I use a 6-head Toshiba M-735 to play and a 6-head Toshiba M-754 to record. Sometimes I have a 4-head Toshiba M-674 to record two tapes at once. The VCRs are connected using Monster Cables. All VCRs are in perfect working order. All recording is done in SP ONLY and all trades are SP ONLY. I do not have time to remove commercials from shows so don't ask. Since most of my shows are on different tapes anyway, you can mix and match almost anything on the list, except fan-subtitled anime.
Everything is pretty good to excellent quality, but if you have a question about quality don't hesitate to ask. Some tapes aren't too good, I don't want anyone being upset after a trade. I am in the process of going through a 100 more old tapes. Some of them have old soap operas from 1985-87 and there are a few with a lot of Gulf War footage. If you are looking for something just ask and will see what I can do. All updates will be in text format on this page. You can also download a text version of my list. My list isn't exactly organized in a perfect manner. If you have any suggestions to make this list more comprehensible, let me know.
My wants include: Saturday Supercade, any videogame related footage/cartoon that I don't have, subtitled anime, old Osamu Tezuka cartoons like Big X and Japanese language Astroboy, The Ghoul(Showing on UPN in Cleveland, please if you live in Cleveland email me), HIGH QUALITY Dragonball/Dragonball Z/ GT That I don't have or better quality, 60s cartoons such as Gigantor and Marine Boy, 80s cartoons such as Dungeons and Dragons and Rubik the Amazing Cube, recent cartoons such as Ren and Stimpy and Downtown. My interests vary a lot so trading depends a lot on what you have.
